We seek an experienced paralegal to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented self-starter, with the ability to independently deliver on key projects and deadlines. He/she will possess demonstrable strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills.
Specific duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to: 1. assisting attorneys in document preparation, review and all aspects of a case; 2. drafting petitions, applications and support letters; 3. corresponding with clients and relevant governmental agencies; 4. managing document collection, deadlines and case tracking; 5. front office management and law firm marketing; 6. assisting with special projects as necessary.
To be successful in this busy but exciting position, the ideal candidate will need Microsoft Office proficiency, law firm or similar experience, a sense of humor and ability to multi-task.
