IMPORTANT: The Transatlantic Law Firm, PLLC has NOT shut down. Our attorneys and staff continue to work from home through our computer system, which provides confidential and secure access to our files and other important information. We have invested heavily in IT infrastructure, allowing our employees to work securely and confidentially from remote locations.
Client information: Please know that we continue to work on your matter(s). All of our necessary operations are functional, so we are continuing to serve you. You can contact your attorney/paralegal by phone or email with any questions or concerns.
Closings / Court Proceedings/ Document Delivery/ Meetings: The coronavirus restrictions imposed by authorities have made it difficult to get things done for all of us. While business is not “as usual” during this difficult time, TALF is developing creative ways to provide advice and assistance, and keep our client’s matters on schedule, while at the same time doing our part to help “Stop the Spread.” For example, we are now offering virtual services and “meeting” with our clients using videoconferencing technology. You can also arrange delivery of any documents to our employees by mail, fax, email or courier services.
So, don’t assume that your matter is on hold indefinitely, or that you must wait to seek advice on a particular matter. Contact us at your convenience to discuss what we can do for you.
Contact us by Telephone: Call the main office at 952-222-3873. When you call, you will reach our voice messaging system. After leaving your voice message, it will be forwarded immediately to the appropriate person by our virtual receptionists.
Contact us by Email: During this time, this is the best way to reach us. Emails are delivered directly to its recipient. If you do not know the email address of the person you wish to reach, you can send email to email@example.com and it will be redirected.
Contact us by Secure, Client Portal: If you have activated your Client Portal, you can also get fast responses by sending your message securely there. Though our response times may vary, you can expect to hear from us within 24 hours or less.
New Clients: If you are a new client, we would like to hear from you. We are accepting new legal matters at this time. Please call us to discuss your situation.
To our Friends or Professional Colleagues: If you need a reasonable extension of time due to the coronavirus outbreak, please let us know and we will provide an extension if we are able to do so.
We look forward to the post-COVID-19 period and to enjoying spring together again. For now, please be safe and look out for your friends and neighbors. Remember to take steps to keep yourselves healthy: wash your hands, avoid touching your face; and practice appropriate self-care, including staying at home where required.
